Q: How do I receive my designs?

In order to purchase a design, the first requirement is that you become a registered user, and log in. Then you are free to browse and pick a design for purchase. There are two options for payment; 1. Paypal, and 2. Credit Card (Visa, MC or American Express). Once there is authorization of payment, you will be able to go to “My Designs”, and the designs purchased will be available for immediate download.

 Q: What formats are available?

All designs from C R Designs are available in: .EMB, .CSD, .HUS, .JEF, .PCS, .PEC, .PES, .SEW, .DST, and .EXP. The designs that Creative Designs produced are available in: .HUS, .PES, .PCS, .SEW, .DST, and .EXP.  If you need another format please contact us, and we will be happy to help you. 

Q: Can I increase the size on the designs purchased?

The simple answer is yes. How much? The general rule is regardless of format, or software package you choose, you can increase or decrease the design about 15 percent before you lose the integrity of the digitizing.

Q: Will you edit the designs that are purchased?

Yes, we can add lettering, or make some small adjustments. Send us an email of what you would like, and we will respond within 48 hours with a quote.
